The sponges have been filled with soap and available in a wide range of scents. They last anything between 4-6 weeks depending on usage. How to use Elation Exfoliating sponge

To exfoliate wet the sponge with Luke warm water before use, and gently rub over your body. Do this for about 30 second’s, and rinse off. If you have open cuts or wounds or if your skin is burnt, do not exfoliate
